We describe the product, price, compatibility, delivery period, payment method and any additional costs as clearly as possible. Obvious mistakes or mistakes do not bind us when you could reasonably understand that it was a mistake.
The agreement is concluded when you place the order and we confirm it electronically. You will receive the terms and legally required information in a way you can keep.
All consumer prices are inclusive of applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and other mandatory costs are shown before the final order button. You pay with a payment method offered during settlement.
We deliver to the address specified by you within the agreed time limit, or within 30 days at the latest if no other deadline has been agreed. The risk of loss or damage only passes upon receipt by you or a third party designated by you, not being the carrier.

As a consumer you can in principle terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt without reason. After your notification you have 14 days to return the product. You can use the permanently visible function Cancel your purchase use; other valid statements shall remain permitted.
In case of withdrawal the conditions on the pages apply Return and Repayment policy. Legal exceptions apply only where they apply and have been notified in advance.
You have the right to a product that meets the contract. A commercial warranty never limits your legal rights. Report a malfunction with your order number and a clear description; We will examine, free of charge, which legal solution is appropriate, such as repair, replacement or re-exportation where the conditions are met .

Send complaints as soon as possible and fully described to support@kiddyview.com. We will respond to the content within a reasonable period and within 14 days at the latest; If the treatment requires more time, we will report when you can expect a full answer.
Dutch law applies to the contract. Forced consumer protection of the country where you live continues to apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the court empowered by law.
