From order to delivery: Here you read what you can expect.
Add the real carrier, shipping costs, delivery times and countries. This information should not be disclosed until after payment.
After your order we will immediately send an order confirmation to the email address provided. Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track-and-trace, when available.
The final delivery period and any shipping costs are clearly shown before completing the order.
We deliver within the time limit stated with the product and during checkout. If no deadline is agreed, we deliver within 30 days after the order.
The risk of loss or damage remains KiddyView until you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the package.
Follow the instructions of the carrier for a new delivery moment or pick-up point. Please check your address before payment and contact us as soon as possible in case of an error.
All shipping costs and any surcharges are shown before placing the order. There will be no unexpected mandatory delivery costs afterwards.
Is your order not delivered after the stated delivery period, or is the box damaged? Mail us with your order number and, in case of damage, clear photos. We investigate this with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
