We will refund you after a valid revocation, cancellation or accepted return.
In case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn products, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered at the time of the order.
If you voluntarily opt for a more expensive delivery method, the additional costs above the standard delivery will not have to be refunded. In the case of a partial return, delivery costs are only refunded when required by law in the specific situation.
We will pay no later than 14 days after you inform us about the withdrawal. In a purchase of products we may wait until we have received the products or until you show that you have returned them, depending on what happens first.
The refund is made via the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another free method. We do not charge for the refund. The visibility on your account may then depend on your bank or payment service.
You are only liable for impairment resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. We explain a possible deduction demonstrably and reasonably.
Your legal rights apply to a non-compliant or wrongly delivered product. Report the problem with your order number; a return due to an error of KiddyView It's not on you.
