We only ask for the data we need. The KiddyView camera is designed for local use in your vehicle. Before launch, we will explain separately and accurately whether and when image data reaches KiddyView systems.
3. Parts and storage
We only share personal data with service providers required for payment, hosting, shipping, customer service and administration, or when required by law. We make suitable arrangements with processors. Transmission outside the European Economic Area shall only take place with a valid GDPR basis and appropriate safeguards.
We retain data only for as long as necessary for its purpose and our legal obligations. Specific retention periods for each data category will be stated before launch.
4. Cookies
Functional cookies necessary for language selection, security and shopping cart may be placed without permission. For analytics, personalization or advertising cookies we request prior consent when required by law. We only place these cookies after your choice and withdraw should be as simple as accepting.
The current static website does not contain an equipped tracking inventory. If tracking is added, a current cookie table must be provided here and a preferences display must be activated.
5. Your privacy rights
You can request access, correction, removal, restriction, transfer or objection. You can always withdraw permission. We may request additional information to secure your identity.
