For live performance KiddyView here name the real return address and choose clearly whether the customer or KiddyView the direct return costs.
From the day after receipt you have 14 days to let us know without giving any reason that you want to terminate the purchase. After your notification you have 14 days to return the product.
When ordering several products that are delivered separately, the reflection period starts after receiving the last product.
Use the button below. You don't have to have an account and we only ask for information that is necessary to recognize your order. After your final confirmation you will receive an electronic acknowledgement with date and time.
You may also email an unambiguous statement to support@kiddyview.com or use the European model withdrawal form. It is sufficient that you send the notification before the end of the reflection period.
You may only use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and operation. If used further, a depreciation may be charged.
The legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only when they are actually applicable and clearly notified in advance. For a standard unused KiddyView-hardware ordering is in principle the normal reflection period.
